We are certified Organic and are in good standing by our accredited certifying agent since we began commercial production five years ago. To date, we are the only USDA Organic Mushroom farm in the state of New Jersey that grows many of the specialty strains of mushrooms that we offer! Those varieties include Shiitake, Oyster, Maitake, Pioppino, Lion’s Mane, Chestnut, and many others.
